Welcome to Belle of the Bump! By accessing and using our website at www.belleofthebump.com.au, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Please note that we may modify these terms and conditions at our discretion, so we recommend reviewing them regularly.

Our Rental Agreement applies to all rental items booked through our website, unless otherwise stated. We work with a network of rental partners who are specialist designer clothing hire businesses located throughout Australia. They provide and fulfill the majority of rental items available on our site.

In some cases, our rental partners may have specific terms that apply in addition to those outlined in this agreement. These terms will be displayed when viewing an item on our website, as well as on our Bag and Checkout pages. You will be asked to review and accept them before proceeding to checkout.

Contract

This document constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Customer") and Belle of the Bump ("Business") for the rental of products and booking of hair and makeup services through the Business's website, www.belleofthebump.com.au.

By accessing or using the Business's website, Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use, which are subject to change from time to time. The most current version of these Terms of Use can be found on the Business's website, and Customer's continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Customer acknowledges that the rental products remain the property of the Business at all times and that by renting the products, Customer is not acquiring ownership of them. If the rental is for a minor, an adult must rent the products on their behalf.

By clicking "I accept" on the rental agreement button, Customer represents that they are over 18 years of age and authorized to use the chosen method of payment for the purpose of renting the products on the order.

By placing an order on the Business's website that contains any rental items, Customer is entering into a legally binding contract between themselves, the Business, and any rental partners that provide the items within the order.

These terms and conditions are specific to the rental of items from the Business through its website. For more generic terms that apply to the use of the website, please refer to the Business's Website Terms of Use page.

Booking/Rental Period

The rental period you have selected is "inclusive" for "Belle of the Bump." For example, if you have booked the dress for a 4-day rental period, it means the dress will be delivered by Friday, and you need to return it by Monday. Both Friday and Monday will be included in the 4-day period.

Please note the following:

  • The customer can only use the dress during the agreed-upon rental period.
  • If the dress is not returned by the agreed-upon return date, a late fee of $50 per day will be charged until the dress is returned.
  • The dress must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Any damage to the dress will incur a damage fee based on the extent of the damage.

Payment

To secure your rental or service booking with Belle of the Bump, you will be required to pay the rental fee, delivery fees, and any additional charges listed on our website. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the hire fee. Please note that we may also charge your payment method up to 200% of the original retail value of the product, as set on our website, in the event that you do not uphold your commitment to us as outlined in the hire agreement below.

If an invoice is issued for payment for any reason, payment will be due within seven (7) days of the date of the invoice.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse to hire products or services if you are unable to provide the requested identification or documentation.

YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. If you are paying using PayPal, please do not use eCheque, as we only receive notification of your order when payment is received in full. If you use eCheque and your order is not received in time, you will receive a credit note for the full amount paid.

By entering into an agreement with Belle of the Bump, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method according to the terms outlined in this agreement. You certify that you are authorized to use this credit card/account and agree not to dispute the payment with your provider if we fulfill our responsibilities in providing the rental item(s).

You also authorize us to charge the supplied payment method for any additional fees as outlined in this agreement (such as damages or late return fees). If a charge against the supplied payment method cannot be made, we will provide you with an invoice for the fees, which you agree to pay within 5 working days.

If for some reason, your payment for an order is reversed or rejected, you agree to pay the outstanding amount within 48 hours of demand. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the booking, and you will still be liable for the full amount even if the item(s) have already been dispatched.

Belle of the Bump reserves the right to take all steps necessary to recoup any amounts owing as per this agreement, including the use of debt collection agencies and taking legal action. This may increase the amount owed by the customer to cover the costs of these services.

Booking And Payment

To secure your booking with Belle of the Bump, you must pay the full rental fee and any other fees listed on the invoice. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

The rental period starts on the agreed-upon date and ends on the agreed-upon return date. You must provide a valid photo ID and a valid credit card as security against any damage or late return fees.

Fitting: Sizing Issues/Faulty Garments

If for any reason your item doesn't fit or isn't quite right, please submit a return request via our returns portal within 24 hours of delivery. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we'll issue a credit note. Please note that the item must be unworn, as determined by Belle of the Bump.

If you notice any damage on the dress within 4 hours of delivery, please let us know and send through photos. Failure to notify us within this time period or provide photo evidence may result in you being responsible for the damage. For the best protection, we recommend posting the item from a post office where it can be scanned. If the item is returned to us late and you're unable to provide proof of postage within 24 hours of delivery, you won't be entitled to a refund or credit note.

At Belle of the Bump, we provide as much information as we can about the fit of our items on our website. However, we cannot take responsibility if you choose an item that doesn't fit or doesn't suit you. If you're unsure, please get in touch! Please note that unless specified in the rental partner's terms, we don't offer refunds or credits in this circumstance. Some rental partners do offer more flexible terms, so please check the terms before entering Checkout.

If you're entitled to a credit note, please be aware that it will expire after 6 months.

If you receive an incorrect item, please let us know immediately. If there's enough time, we'll do our best to get you a replacement. If the item is correct but has other issues like damage, faults, or stains, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it, and definitely before wearing it. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in us refusing a refund. Please note that the items may have some signs of wear and tear, as they're not brand new. In some cases, a refund may not be granted if the issue is considered minor or insignificant.

Lastly, please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring the dress fits properly before leaving the store. However, if you need assistance with fitting, we're happy to help!

Delivery/Shipping

All parcels are marked with "authority to leave." If you want your parcel to be signed for, please indicate so in the delivery instructions at check out.

Delivery in Australia is a flat rate of $10. Please note that this rate only covers items sent in the same order. If you are booking more than one dress and they are for different weekends, you must place separate bookings and pay the shipping amount separately for each order. Your delivery can be made between 7:00am and 8:00pm on the requested day of delivery or earlier. Your hire period starts from the time the courier first attempted delivery, and credits will not be issued for late delivery where you were not available to accept delivery. When you place an order, you automatically grant us authority to leave your parcel in a safe place. If you do not wish to grant us this authority, you must clearly outline this in the delivery instructions at checkout. You understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and/or our selected couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfers to you upon delivery.

We are not responsible for orders where an incorrect or ineligible address has been provided. If you have provided an incorrect address, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind, and you may be liable to pay any late fees or a replacement fee if the dress is not returned to us. If the parcel is unable to be delivered in time due to Australia Post being unable to gain access and/or leave the parcel in a safe place, and you have not provided delivery instructions, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind, and you may be liable to pay any late fees or a replacement fee if the dress is not returned to us. If you have supplied an address that has a redirection service set up, and your parcel is not delivered in time, you will not be entitled to a refund. Once the parcel has been dispatched, if you redirect it in any way, you will not be entitled to a refund if it does not arrive by the chosen delivery date. Redirecting a parcel will increase the delivery time by approximately 2-5 business days. By choosing signature on delivery, you accept that anyone on the premises can sign for your parcel. Once the item is signed for, responsibility and liability transfer to you.

We aim to deliver hires as early as possible to mitigate any postage delays. Your delivery may occur up to ten (10) days prior to your chosen delivery date. Please ensure that you provide a permanent address where there will be somewhere safe to leave a parcel or someone to accept the parcel up to 10 days prior to your chosen delivery date.

In the rare occasion that the dress is delivered after your return date, you are still required to return the dress as soon as possible (no later than 48 hours after delivery). If you require additional time to return the dress due to a late delivery, please contact [email protected]. If a dress is not returned, you are liable for 200% of the RRP of the dress, and you may also be liable for late fees if you do not return the garment within a reasonable timeframe. It is therefore required that you select a permanent address where someone will be available in the unlikelihood of the dress not being delivered as per your chosen date.

Please note that we aim to deliver every item as quickly as possible. If you order in advance and the dress does not arrive in time, you will be entitled to a full refund.

To make a booking for pickups, please use our website's contact form or email us at [email protected]. Please note that we require bookings to be made at least 48 hours before the hire date. If your event is within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you visit our store to book in person or email us at [email protected] beforehand to ensure the dress is available.

Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, we provide pre-paid return packaging with your product delivery. Please remember to place the dress in the self-addressed envelope and drop it off at your nearest Post Office by 4pm on the last day of your hire. If you plan to return the dress from a different postcode than the delivery address, please contact us at [email protected] before hiring. We cannot take responsibility for lost items returned in Australia Post Boxes, so if you lose the return packaging, you must return the garment via trackable express post to Belle of the Bump, PO Box 885, South Perth WA 6951. You must provide tracking details and a photo of the addressed satchel to [email protected] to avoid further borrowing charges.

For your convenience, we recommend returning your item(s) via an Australia Post Outlet, where it will be scanned over the counter as proof of lodgement. Please note that we remove the tracking sticker from the satchel to track the parcel coming back to us. However, if you wish to track the parcel yourself, please make a note of the tracking number on your satchel and use Australia Post's website. Additionally, if your hire period ends on a Sunday or public holiday, please return the dress in the provided satchel and drop it off at the Post Office on the next business day for scanning.

If you are renting in-store, you can bring the dress back to the store or post it back in the provided satchel. If you choose to post it back, you must do so by 4pm on the last day of your hire, and the same terms and conditions apply. If you bring the dress back to the store, you must do so by the agreed-upon date and time, or late fees will apply.

For all items rented through Belle of the Bump, we include a prepaid Australia Post Express Post satchel for returning the item back to the rental partner. If you do not receive this satchel, please notify us immediately. If you lose the prepaid satchel, you will need to purchase an Australia Post Express Post satchel and inform us with the tracking number.

If you have rented multiple items from multiple rental partners for the same dates, please ensure that you return each item to the correct rental partner to avoid late fees. Items should be returned over the counter at an Australia Post store or depot on or before the specified booking return date. If your booking return date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, you may post the item on the next working day.

Please note that returns for a change of mind or an unsuitable size/fit are not offered unless specified in the Terms & Conditions offered by the particular Belle of the Bump rental company partner. It is your responsibility to ensure you are booking the correct size and style, although we will provide guidance if needed. If a rental partner allows returns for a change of mind or an unsuitable fit, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably the same day as receiving the item) and return the item(s) in the provided postage-paid satchel as soon as possible. The item(s) must be returned in a similar condition to how you received them, and please do not attempt to wash or clean them after trying them on.

If you follow the appropriate steps for returns, we will issue you a credit note that can be used on our website. The amount of credit will be specified in the rental partner's terms and may be reduced by an admin or cancellation fee. The credit note is not redeemable for cash and will expire after six months. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Cleaning & Care

At Belle of the Bump, we provide professional cleaning services with every rental. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to alter, clean or iron/press the garment/s unless otherwise arranged. Rest assured, all our garments are professionally steamed prior to sending. However, some fabrics are more prone to wrinkles, and if you receive a dress with slight creases, we recommend steaming the garment on low heat. Alternatively, you can hang the dress in a steamy bathroom to de-crease it. For further assistance, please email [email protected].

Health Complaints

Please note that Belle of the Bump shall not be held liable for any health-related complaints associated with a rented product. Our products have been previously worn by other customers before your rental.

Cleaning and Damages

We understand that small accidents can happen, and our rental partners dry-clean all garments upon their return. We do not charge fees for stains that can be removed. However, please refrain from attempting to clean the rental item/s yourself, or have them cleaned by anyone else. In case of damage caused by cleaning attempts or permanent stains, Belle of the Bump reserves the right to bill you a fee of up to 120% of the full RRP of the garment. Please note that the garments available for rent on our website are often sold out in all retail stores and no longer available from the designer. Therefore, a charge above the RRP may apply. This fee will be added to any amount already paid for rental or postage.

Care and Cleaning

We entrust the customer with taking care of the dress during the rental period. The dress must be returned in the same condition as it was received. If the dress is returned stained and/or excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged. In case of damage caused during the rental period, the customer will be charged a damage fee.

Use of Belle of the Bump Products

By renting our products, you agree to treat them with the utmost care. Please do not attempt to fit into a dress that is too small or zip up a dress that is too tight, as this may damage the garment. All zips are inspected prior to sending the garment out, and any damage to zips will not be covered by our insurance. Therefore, if you damage a zip, you will be required to pay for the repair.

Damaged/Soiled & Replacement Garments

At Belle of the Bump, we ask that you treat our rental garments as if they were your own. Please handle them with care and avoid attempting any repairs or cleaning yourself.

To ensure your peace of mind, we offer free damage insurance up to the value of one hundred dollars ($100) to cover minor damage. If the cost of repairs is estimated to exceed this amount, you will be required to pay the difference. If the garment is deemed irreparable, you will be charged 200% of its retail price as shown on our website. Note that dresses deemed irreparable are not covered by the $100 insurance.

If you notice any damage upon receiving your rental, please take photos and notify us immediately. Failure to do so may result in the assumption that you caused the damage.

If you damage a rental item, do not attempt to fix it yourself. We will take care of minor repairs such as sewing on a button or restitching at no extra cost. If the garment is stained, as long as the stain can be removed during dry cleaning after you return it, there won't be any additional charge.

Please do not alter or clean the rental item in any way, unless specified by the rental partner's terms. Some partners may include an allowance for damage insurance.

If the garment is damaged beyond minor repairs or insurance coverage, you will be responsible for the cost of restoring or replacing it. In the case that the garment cannot be restored to a suitable condition, you will be charged up to 120% of its original retail price. This fee will be in addition to any rental or postage fees already paid, and the item must still be returned to the rental partner, regardless of the extent of the damage.

In the event that an item is lost or not returned, you will be liable for up to 200% of its retail price. Please note that the items available for rent on our website may be sold out in all retail stores and are no longer available from the designer. Therefore, any loss of earnings resulting from unreturned items is why we charge such a fee.

If the item is lost during shipping by Australia Post, you will not be charged any fees. We strongly recommend that you return the item over-the-counter at an Australia Post office or depot to ensure proper tracking and avoid any liability.

By accepting these terms, you authorize Belle of the Bump to charge any fees for damages or loss of rental items to your payment method on file. You will be given the option to use an alternative payment method before any charges are made.

Return Fees

At Belle of the Bump, we want to ensure that our customers have a smooth and stress-free rental experience. To help us achieve this, we ask that you please return your rental items on the specified return date (or the next business day if the return date falls on a Sunday or public holiday) by 4pm using the prepaid return envelope provided.

Late Fee Policy: If you return your rental item(s) late, you will incur a late fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) for each day you are late, up to 200% of the retail value of the item(s) as indicated on our website. You agree to pay these late fees up to an amount not exceeding 200% of the retail value of the products. If you have not returned your rental item(s) within 20 days of the return date, your rental will be considered a non-return and you will be charged 200% of the retail value of the item(s). If you lose your packaging, it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Belle of the Bump within one (1) business day of the return date. You must purchase return shipping at your own expense and provide the tracking number to Belle of the Bump. Belle of the Bump will not be held liable for rental items that are late or lost in transit due to your chosen method of shipping.

If you return your rental item(s) via an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended), where it will be scanned over the counter as proof of lodgment, then you will not be responsible for late fees, provided the item(s) are lodged by 4pm on your return date (or next business day if your return date falls on a Sunday or public holiday). If you post your rental item(s) via an Australia Post box, you will be charged $30 each day the rental item(s) is received after one (1) business day of your return date.

Late Return: If for any reason you post back the rental item(s) on a day after the specified "Return On" date, late fees may apply. We may allow a grace period of 1-2 days for this, but only if it doesn't affect a future booking for another customer. If it does affect another customer's booking, late fees will almost certainly be enforced.

The fee charged for each day late will be your rental price divided by the number of days you've rented for, up to 120% of the original RRP of the item. For example, if you selected a 4-day hire and the rental fee was $100, late fees would be charged at $25 for each day late.

Fee Collection: If you do not pay the amounts owed to us when due, we will pass on the invoices to a collection company to pursue you for collections, including and without limitation attorney and collection fees. Belle of the Bump reserves the right to terminate your right to rent products from us at any time at our own discretion should you breach this agreement or for any other reason. By accepting this agreement, you give permission for Belle of the Bump to charge late fees to the payment method you used when placing your order. You will be given the option of using an alternative payment method before the charge is made.

Ownership Of Rental Items

The rental items provided by Belle of the Bump shall always remain the property of Belle of the Bump. In the event that the User fails to return the rental items, Belle of the Bump or its authorized agent may enter any land or premises owned, occupied, or used by the User, or any premises where the rental items are located, to take possession of said items.

Belle of the Bump or its authorized representative reserves the right to retrieve the rental items at any time.

Cancelations

At Belle of the Bump, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your rental order, please refer to our cancellation policy below:

  • If you cancel your rental order at least seven days prior to the rental start date, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your rental order within seven days of the rental start date, the rental fee will not be refunded.
  • If we, Belle of the Bump, cancel the rental for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

For cancellations on all rented items, you may be entitled to a refund or credit note based on the following conditions:

  • If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it is still more than 72 hours from your booking start date and your package has not been dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If your cancellation request is received 21 or more days prior to your booking start date, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If your cancellation request is received 14 or more days prior to your booking start date (but less than 21 days), you will be entitled to a credit note for the full amount paid, including postage. The credit note can be used to rent or buy any item on the Belle of the Bump website and will have a 6-month expiry.

If you cancel outside of these conditions, please refer to the terms of the rental partner offering the item. In some cases, a credit note may be offered, but the amount may be reduced by a cancellation fee. Any fees will be specified in the rental partner terms. The rental partner's terms may also specify that the credit note can only be used on items provided by that rental partner only.

Please note that cancellations will not be accepted where a sale or promotional code has been applied.

Covid-19 Policy

In the event of a COVID-19 lockdown, restrictions, or infection affecting your event, you may be eligible for a credit note to use on items from the same Belle of the Bump rental partner. If we receive a cancellation request prior to any items being dispatched, the credit note will be for the full amount paid. If the item is dispatched to you, an amount will be deducted from the credit note to cover our rental partner's two-way postage expenses.

Please note that refunds will not be offered unless it falls within our standard terms for a refund. Our rental partners are small businesses that have been significantly impacted by COVID-19, and we appreciate your understanding and support during these challenging times.

Customer Cancellation Policy

You are allowed to cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing it on Belle of the Bump, as long as the item(s) have not been dispatched to you and the cancellation request was received more than 72 hours before your booking start date. If you meet these conditions, you will receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel your order and a cancellation request is received 21 or more days before your booking start date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the booking and postage costs.

If you need to cancel your order between 14 and 21 days before your booking start date, you will receive a credit note for the full amount paid, including postage costs, but you will not receive a refund. This credit note can be used to rent or buy any items on the Belle of the Bump website and will be valid for 6 months.

Please note that some of our rental partners may offer more flexible cancellation terms, which will be displayed on the product page and before you enter the Checkout area of our website. You will be asked to read and accept the rental partner terms before entering the Checkout area.

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a cancellation outside the allowances above, but we reserve the right to make a decision. If you believe your situation is exceptional, please get in touch with us to explain.

Unless otherwise specified, if you are entitled to a credit note for your cancellation, it will be issued with a 6-month expiry.

Cancellations By Belle Of The Bump

Belle of the Bump, or the rental partner providing the item, reserves the right to cancel your booking for any reason. In such cases, your compensation will be limited to the amount you paid to Belle of the Bump for the booking and postage. Belle of the Bump shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the cancellation of the booking. Reasons why Belle of the Bump may cancel your booking include, but are not limited to:

  • Damage to the item by a previous customer who rented it before you.
  • Loss or theft of the item by a previous customer who rented it before you.
  • Unforeseen circumstances that prevent the timely delivery of the item to you, such as late return by a previous customer, postal network delays (especially during periods of COVID-19 restrictions), or any other reason.

In all the aforementioned cases, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Refunds

Please read the following information carefully to understand when you are entitled to a refund, how to request it, and what options you have.

You can receive a full refund, including postage, in any of the following cases:

  • The item you receive is not in an acceptable condition.
  • We send you the wrong item.
  • The item you receive is significantly different from what we described on our website.
  • The item arrives too late for you to wear it to your planned occasion[1][2] (conditions apply, see below).

Please note that you forfeit your right to a refund if you wear the item(s), but you can still receive a partial refund if you believe that one of the above reasons caused significant inconvenience. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you want to request a refund for one of the reasons listed above. Your refund request must be received within 24 hours after you receive the package.

If the item(s) need to be returned to us or our rental partner, we will assess their condition before approving and processing your refund. This is especially important for issues such as faults, damage, or stains.

Last Minute Orders

If you place your order three or fewer business days before your selected delivery date, your order will be considered a "last-minute order." In this case, you have two options instead of a full refund:

  • You can receive a credit note for the full amount, which you can use to rent items from the same Belle of the Bump rental partner.
  • You can receive a refund for the full amount minus $30, which covers two-way express postage expenses.

Please note that a cut-off time of 2 pm Sydney/Melbourne time is used to determine whether your order is a last-minute order. For example, if you select a Friday delivery date, your order will be considered a last-minute order if you place it after 2 pm on Tuesday. We will inform you if your order is a last-minute order in the terms popup displayed before checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Please also note that our rental partners face challenges with Australia Post's lack of delivery guarantees, especially for last-minute orders. If we don't believe there is a high likelihood of the item arriving in time, we may not send it or offer you the option of accepting the risk. If we don't send the item, you will receive a full refund.

Partners operating on a Dispatch Date

If the Belle of the Bump rental partner you choose to rent from requires you to select a "dispatch date," we will not offer a refund if the item arrives late. Instead, we may offer you a credit note for the full amount minus postage and admin expenses.

Credit Notes/Gift Cards

You can use one credit note per order, and credit notes and gift cards are valid for three years. Once you place an order using a credit note, it is final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for another credit note.

Email

Email We will use the information from your order to send you email marketing on occasion. We don’t however pass on any of your detail including your email address to any other companies or corporations. You may opt out of receiving those emails by emailing [email protected]

Booking Refusal/Identification

Belle of the Bump and our rental partners may require you to provide identification such as a passport or driver's license after placing an order on our website. Failure to provide the requested identification may result in refusal of your booking.

Liability

Belle of the Bump shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the rented dress.

The customer is solely responsible for any loss or damage to the dress during the rental period.

Limitation Of Liability

By accepting the rental agreement with Belle of the Bump, you acknowledge and agree that we and our rental partners will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of:

  • Cancellation of a rental booking
  • Late delivery of a rental item
  • Non-delivery of a rental item
  • Issues with the quality of a delivered rental item

This includes, but is not limited to, economic loss, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, loss of opportunity, turnover, profits or business. Our liability will be limited to any amount paid by you to Belle of the Bump.

Jurisdiction/Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. The parties to this agreement consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in the state of Western Australia for any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement. If any provision of this agreement is declared invalid or void by statute or judicial decision, such action shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. The failure by either party to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

Updates to the Rental Agreement

Belle of the Bump reserves the right to update and modify the Rental Agreement as well as rental partner's terms at any given time. Therefore, it is crucial that you carefully review and accept them each time you make an order with Belle of the Bump. The terms that govern your order will be based on the Rental Agreement and rental partner's terms as they existed on the date you placed your order.

Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, a refund for an order is defined as the return of the initial form of payment used to place the order. If the order was paid for by credit/debit card, the funds will be refunded to that card. If the order was paid for using a credit note, a new credit note will be issued with a fresh expiry date. If multiple forms of payment were used to pay for the order, the refund will be issued in line with the amounts used to pay for the order.

Throughout these Terms of Use, "you" and "your" refer to all users of this Website, while "Belle of the Bump" ("we," "us," and "our") refer to Belle of the Bump (ABN 50816471458). Please note that references to users also apply to customers of www.belleofthebump.com.au.
